Live right by the beach in the charming complex Turkuaz. The complex consists of 3 buildings with a total of 45 apartments. Turkuaz is located in Kestel, right by the beach where you can rent sunbeds and parasols and get some food or drinks from the beach bars. Right outside the complex you have city buses going both to Alanya center and Mahmutlar. About 200 m north of the complex you have the big grocery store Migros with a wide selection of food and other things. Kestel also offers many good cafés and restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive north will take you up in the magnificent Taurus mountains with amazing views and many banana plantations.
Turkuaz Residence has a large, beautiful pool with slide, a jacuzzi, separate pool for children and a playground. Wintertime there is also a heated indoor pool. All year round you have sauna, gym, hamam, table tennis and pool table. The complex also has a private generator to prevent power outages. There is also big parking lot, caretaker and security.
The apartment faces south-east and is located on the first floor overlooking the pool area. The apartment has sun all day, especially in winter time when the sun is a little lower. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies and is being sold partially furnished. The largest balcony is glazed with all windows possible to open. Both batrooms has nice details and the kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods. All rooms has air conditioning which cools down in the summer and heats up in the winter.
