Only a couple of hundred meters from the beach in Tosmur is the complex Pigeon consisting of 2 blocks of 9 floors. Between the blocks is a shared pool with plenty of sun and a large playground for the children. There is also private bicycle parking inside the area. Indoors there is a sauna, gym and ping pong table. The facility is well maintained with good caretakers and its own association.

The apartment is on the 9th floor with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. When you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a large hall with plenty of space. The living room is also spacious and has an open plan to the kitchen, which is equipped with lots of cupboards and storage. There is also plenty of space here for both a dining table and a sofa group. From the living room you have access to the balcony which offers a view of the sea and the beautiful castle in Alanya. In the evenings it is very beautiful with all the colors and the castle lighting up the whole city.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, wardrobe and private balcony. This is perfect for glazing in and thus getting even more space. From this bedroom there is a direct view of the castle. The second bedroom is very large and can possibly be divided into two rooms. Here, too, there is a small balcony that is suitable for drying clothes, for example. All balconies have sun pretty much all day.

Just outside the facility is one of Alanya's largest hammams where you can pamper yourself with a Turkish bath and beneficial massage. A couple of hundred meters away along the street are two large Migros (grocery stores) and you are within walking distance to both Tosmur and Oba centers which offer many fine restaurants. You can easily get to the center of Alanya by bus, taxi or why not a nice walk along the beautiful beach promenade.
