The project Day One Residence will be built in the Tepe District of Alanya. It’s in a green and quite location, with a great view over Alanya and especially the Cleopatra Beach. You can reach the project easily by 5-10 minutes driving from the city centre.

Underfloor heating will be offered as an additional package with an extra payment.

*30% down payment and pay the remaining amount in equal installments until the end of the construction, without interest.
*50 % down payment, then you’ll receive a 2% discount over the sales price, and pay the remaining amount in equal installments until the end of the construction, without interest.
*100 % payment of the sales price and you’ll receive a 5% discount over the sales price.
