This cozy complex is located in a peaceful residential area close to Alanya center, and consists of 2 4-storey blocks with a total of 16 apartments. The complex is situated on top of a hill and offers an amazing view. The caretaker lives with his family on the bottom floor of one building. The complex has a beautiful, well-kept garden with flowers and trees. There is also a very spacious and inviting pool area with sunbeds and parasols. The pool has sun all day long.

The apartment is on the top floor and facing south-west, which gives you beautiful sunsets every evening. From the first floor balcony you have view over Alanya city center with its historical castle originating from the 11th century. The castle is lit up in the evenings and gives you a spectacular views. From the other side of the apartment you have a nice view over the magnificent Taurus mountains. 

On the first floor there is a spacious hall leading to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods. The living room is large and has room for both sofa group and dining table. Outside the living room is a balcony with built-in barbecue and lots of place for balcony furniture. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms, both facing north. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The room with the double bed also has a balcony which offers shade during hot summer days.  

On the second floor is a big hall with a small kitchen, which is a big advantage for those living on the second floor or use the balconies upstairs. There are also two very large bedrooms with double beds in both. Both bedrooms has own balconies with lovely view.

The area has a local atmosphere and is filled with every day life all year round. Not far from the apartment there is a bazar every Saturday where you can buy locally produced fruit and vegetables among many other things.

Distance to the beach is ca 1,5 km, not more than a 15 minutes walk.
